Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Policy Scheduling Appointments: Clients can book services through our online booking system, by phone, or via email. A non-refundable deposit of 20% required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. Confirmation: Once the deposit is received, a confirmation email detailing the service agreement, date, time, and location will be sent. Clients are responsible for reviewing all details and informing us of any discrepancies within 48 hours. Changes to Bookings: Requests to modify booking details must be made at least 2 days prior to the scheduled service. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. 2. Cancellation Policy Client Cancellations: Cancellations made 2 days or more before the scheduled service date will result in a refund of any payments made minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to the service date will be charged 10% of the total service fee. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be charged the full amount. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once without penalty if the request is made at least 2 days before the scheduled service. Rescheduling requests made less than 2 days prior to the service date may incur a fee of 10%. Company Cancellations: If we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will have the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund, including the deposit. 3. Waitlist Policy Joining the Waitlist: If your preferred date is unavailable, you may request to be placed on our waitlist. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment but ensures you will be notified if a slot opens. Notification: Clients will be contacted in the order they were added to the waitlist. Upon notification of availability, clients must confirm their booking within 48 hours and provide the required deposit. Deposit for Waitlisted Appointments: Once a waitlisted appointment is confirmed, the standard booking deposit policy applies 4. Additional Terms Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time to accommodate subsequent clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the session without a refund.
