Booking Terms and Conditions Deposit A 25% non-refundable security deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final payment. Additional Edits Looking for more customized results? You can: Purchase all unedited photos from your shoot at an additional cost. Request extra edits at $25 per photo (minimum of 5 photos), available at any time. Travel For sessions outside the Orlando, FL area, a travel fee will apply. Fees vary based on location and the specific requirements of your shoot. Turnaround Time Photo Selection: Available within 24 hours of your session. Final Edits: Delivered within 7–10 business days after you select your photos. Expedited Delivery: Receive your final edits within 3 business days for an additional fee. Contact shinelightus@gmail.com to arrange expedited delivery. Refund Policy Refunds are not available unless Shinelight Productions cancels your appointment. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is allowed. Notify us via email at least 48 hours prior to your session to reschedule. Cancellations within 48 Hours: Deposits will be forfeited, and a new session will need to be booked. Weather Cancellations: In case of inclement weather, the photographer will make the final decision on rescheduling.
